The Dress Theory is located in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle on the second floor of a charming vintage building. Not only is our building adorable, but there is plenty of free parking available nearby.




From Downtown Seattle - We recommend taking WA 99-N, exit for N 63rd Street, turn left onto 63rd st., right on Woodland Place, and continue onto Linden Avenue.

From Bellevue - We recommend taking WA 520-W to the I-5 North, exit 172 for N 85th st., straight on 85th st, left on Aurora Ave N, right on Winona Ave N, and continue onto Linden Avenue.
